Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days after an item has shipped. If 30 days have gone by since the item was shipped to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may also retain an $8 re-stocking fee to pay for any shipping or repackaging costs we incur.

Any damage that results in the destruction of an item beyond repair will not be refunded unless the shipping carrier makes the determination that the damage occurred during shipping and their insurance coverage applies.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Please do not return any merchandise before contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number AND Return Address. We cannot accept returns without this.
